As part of our service we’ll check whether your tree is protected by a Conservation Area or has a TPO. Letting you know if there are any limiting factors to any works. Occasionally there are tree protection orders which will limit the pruning and require additional paperwork. Protections like this are not a problem, just something to bear in mind when planning works. As it may also place limits on what can be proposed.
Our professional tree surgeons in Moray and Aberdeenshire are fully insured against all eventualities. Epic Tree Care holds Public Liability, Employee Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance. Meanwhile all staff are fully qualified and experienced. Copies of NPTC City and Guilds Certificates, and Insurance Documentation are available. As is our Waste Carriers licence.
The main part we like to focus on however is not the technical aspects. Which pruning techniques we should use, or what machine. As we find that what is the highest impact and difficult part of tree pruning is to establish what you, the customer really wants. Because often, our advice will change drastically depending on what your final goal is. Your plans for your space shape the environment around you. Including your trees!
